10 Portabellas
Mushroom stems
4 cups soy sauce
2 cups molasses
1 tablespoon thyme
1 bunch sage
1 gallon water
Sweat onions in butter until clear

lb stick butter
2
medium sweet onions
2 lb Crimini mushrooms
1 lb Portabellas
Mushroom
stems
1/2
cups soy sauce
1/4
cups molasses
1/8 tsp
thyme
6 sage
leaves
6 cups
water
Sweat
onions in butter until clear. Add
mushrooms and seasonings. Add
water and cook 45 minutes. Puree
in blender then strain
through net and serve.
